If there is an issue with your Amortals Malaysia order, please contact us with your order number, photos where relevant, and a short description of the issue.

Return or refund requests are reviewed according to the item condition and order record. Items should remain unused and in original condition unless the issue is a confirmed defect or fulfilment error.

Approved refunds are processed according to the original payment method and Shopify checkout records.
